On Saturday the 13th of February the student council helped organize an ice-skating event for our beloved students at the Skoda Skating Rink.
After everyone had arrived a surprise ice skating performance was held (See the performance below). Among the performers was Emili Arm one of our very own EBS-students. Emili is a former Estonian figure skater whom now, besides studying, is coaching figure skating. She has, furthermore, been a part of the Estonian TV show “Tähed Jääl“ (Stars on ice). Where she was accompanies by her partner Pearu Paulus.
All the students were encouraged to dress up for the event and a prize for best costume, among other prizes, was promised. Although everyone was a bit sceptical and thought that, especially all the shy Estonian, would not participate in such a crazy “thing” it was possible to find a winner and all the different, fun, prizes were given out.
We would like to take a moment to thank all the participants for a very successful event and also huge thanks to the Skoda Skating Rink for their co-operation.
We are hoping to see all of you again soon for our many upcoming events!
