Our founding team is looking for you to be their Executive Assistant!
This is far from a usual 9-5 desk job – you need to have the flexibility to deal with last-minute-surprises and travels. Our new Executive Assistant is someone who is great at admin work but more than that, an ambassador for Veriff who would interact with top-notch people in the tech world like investors, CEOs and more.
Here’s what you’ll have a chance to do:
- Making sure calendars and emails are up to date and organised
- Travel management (plane tickets, housing, what to do and who to meet)
- Preparing attendance on meetings and events, creating presentations and writing memos
- Organising investor relations (doing research, prioritisation, strategic approach to relationship management and communication)
- Ensuring that important things get done
- Becoming an expert in our field of interest and keeping us up to date
- Lots of ad-hoc tasks
We expect you to have:
- Great communication, organisational and networking skills
- Magic power of becoming an expert in any area within 30 minutes
- Flexibility to travel
- Excellent written and verbal English, proficiency in Estonian is a plus
- Previous experience in tech and startup world (great plus, but not required)
- Previous background in communications (great plus, but not required)
