Buum is a weekly radio show on Kuku Radio. It’s meant for investors, entrepreneurs and regular people who are interested in economics. The show gives an overview of the latest and most important economy-related news, analyses different enterprises and talks to CEOs. One of Buum hosts, Anto Liivat, is a Master’s level lecturer at EBS. The show is hosted by him and Ott Pärna.
In 1992, when Kuku was founded, it was the first private radio station in Estonia. Today, it is one of the few private radio stations in Europe which focuses on news, talk shows and some carefully selected music.
