- Introduce yourself shortly.
My name is Randy Padar, I am 19 years old and hungry for success. I wake up every day to be better than I was yesterday. I love to be active, develop and achieve big things.
- Three facts about yourself.
I wake up every day extremely early.
I don’t drink coffee and I’ve never been drunk before.
I have too many blazers and white shirts in my wardrobe.
3. Why did you decide to start studying at EBS?
Mainly because of the environment we have here. I think it has been the best decision I have ever made. I have already created a huge network of business contacts, good friends and many opportunities. From now on it can only get better.
- EBS is offering countless opportunities to study abroad, would you consider doing that?
Yes, I think that’s essential for everyone who seeks to have an international network. This kind of experience can’t be exchanged for anything similar. Also, I am applying for a spot to Luiss Guido Carli in Rome.
- What has made you so keen about investing?
In my opinion, every person has something that he or she likes for some reason. I started nearly 3 years ago and my connection with it ever since has only increased. Investing is already a daily habit for me and hard work has been the reason behind that passion.
- What is your goal related to investing opportunities?
To give myself an opportunity for having several incomes. Also playing with crypto has given me a chance to hugely increase the profits. All that money I can later use for starting new businesses.
- Do you have any hobbies?
I was a professional footballer but from this year on I’ve decided to concentrate on other things. Besides playing football, I love to walk or run in the mornings.
- What do you do on your day off?
I clearly inherited this from my father but resting is usually something that I cannot do. I surely have calmer days but never a day off.
- Describe your daily schedule from the moment you wake up until going to sleep.
I try to wake up between 5:30-6:30. First thing I do is go outside for a walk or a run. I have a special place where I do my daily rituals. After that I go back home and give myself a time to wash, eat and get ready. Although it depends on what time the school starts, but usually I go to school at 10 o’clock. The school is a place where I can focus on my things. After my classes, which usually end at 15:30, I stay there to work on my business ideas, investments and read. On some days I go for some meetings but if not, I am back at home at around 20:00. There I love to be with my lovely family, especially with my two 10-year-old twin sisters, listen to some motivational music/podcasts and think about the day I have had.
- What would be the worst job you would hate and why?
One thing I have realized is that I will never be the one who has a 9 to 5 job. Playing football has been my only job so far because I don’t call business really a job, it’s a passion and a lifestyle. The worst job I could ever imagine would be something where one cannot develop nor be innovative.
- What’s your biggest fear?
My biggest fear is to regret and not because I did something but because I didn’t. I don’t want to look back and think that I could have done better.
- Where do you see yourself in 10 years time?
By that time I hope to have launched my businesses successfully and worked hard to improve them even more. I would definitely wish to have travelled around to expand my network and to be still ambitiously active. I am really eager to give back the knowledge that I’ve acquired so that’s why I would also see myself as an influencer in business and daily life.
- Your favorite quote.
It’s really hard for me because quotes are something that I read and hear every day by reading books and listening to podcasts. But I will stick to a really simple one. I would also like to use the F-word since it brings out the emotions, but that wouldn’t be appropriate. Hence, ‘’Just do it.’’ – Nike
