EBS Mindset is our newest series of events which concentrates on students’ mental and physical health and offers different outputs to discover. The events take place throughout the whole year. The series include different yoga classes, seminars and monthly health-related discount offers. Through all of these activities, we want make our students think about their health and motivate them to become the best versions of themselves.
The importance of mental health can often be unnoticed and that’s why we will be concentrating on bringing attention to dealing with stress, anxiety, emotional intelligence and everything else related to the problems of our everyday life.
Our very first event will be a yoga class on October 18th, 14:00-15:00, at EBS:https://www.facebook.com/events/1397570297084700/ Ashtanga-Vinyasa yoga will be introduced to us by a yoga instructor called Ketlin Bergmann. Ashtanga-Vinyasa consists of a series of different exercises which are synchronised with breathing. There are different variations of exercises for both beginners and intermediates.

The upcoming months promise to be really exciting and hopefully we will all be a lot more healthier and optimistic by the end of May!
